Leaves, Acorns, Pumpkins and Poems and a Poetry Contest

Candlelight Reading Series presents a fall poetry program: "Leaves, Acorns, Pumpkins and Poems" on Saturday, September 19, 2009, 8:00 pm at Revelations Bookstore, upstairs in the renovated west wing, an ideal spot for intimate poetry events. The readers, Raven Garland, Libbett Rich and Freddy Niagara Fonseca will recite a selection of autumn poems from all over the world. In addition, the Candlelight Reading Series launches a little contest on the subject of this reading. To participate, send in ONE poem about any aspect of autumn to Freddy at operafred@lisco.com by the 17th. Two winners will be invited to come read their winning poem at the event.
